Injuries

She sustained a head injury after falling in training ahead of the 2019 World Championships. Following a scan, it was decided she would not compete in the individual events at the tournament in Sofia, Bulgaria, but she was able to take part in the 3000m relay. Reason for choosing this sport

She got involved in figure skating for health reasons when she was younger. "The fact is that winter sports have a very beneficial effect on the respiratory system and, on the recommendation of doctors, my parents enrolled me in figure skating initially. Thanks to the sport I was cured, and later I switched to short track skating. I was caught up by the high speed and adrenaline."
