"My passion for short track started when I was watching the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. The electric speed of the racers and their blindingly quick passes stopped me in my tracks and drew me in. I knew instantly, 'That's what I want to do'."

"I've always trained Korean style, with lots of dry land work – jumps, imitations, belts. Doing those drills really helps my technique on the ice. I've always done more of that than bike rides or the gym, but it's worked well for me."
