YOUNG TALENT In 2021/22 he joined Canada's 'Next Gen' development team, and went on to become Canada's youngest male short track skater to win a World Cup medal in 2022. He achieved the milestone in front of family and friends in Montreal, QC, Canada. "This summer [2022] it's certainly been bizarre to skate often with skaters who were my idols when I was younger, so I'm proud. It's going well, they are giving me tips and we help each other a lot. It's cool to do my first World Cup at home, in front of my family and friends. It's my first season at international level and the first year of a new Olympic cycle.
