When and where did you begin this sport?She began skating aged nine at a friend's birthday celebrations. She began taking figure skating lessons and eventually switched to short track.

In 2017 she became the first female Malaysian short track skater to qualify for a world championships, and in 2011 she became the first Malaysian short track skater of any gender to compete at a World Cup event. (, 21 Sep 2017)
