Famous relativesHer Canadian husband Denny Morrison competed in speed skating at the Olympic Winter Games in 2006, 2010 and 2014, winning a total of four medals. Her sister Victoria has also represented Canada in the sport. She finished 14th in the mass start at the 2012 World Cup event in Heerenveen, Netherlands. Her mother Cathy Turnbull-Spence competed in short track and was part of the Canada team that won gold in the 3000m relay at the 1979 World Championships in Quebec, QC, Canada.
