When and where did you begin this sport?She began skating in 1998 at a club in Omaha, NE, United States of America. At age nine she convinced her parents to move to Milwaukee, WI, United States of America, so she could train at the Pettit National Ice Center.  
Reason for choosing this sport"I saw a flyer for the Omaha Speed Skating Club and decided to check it out. I wanted to race, go fast and win."
